Valued Estates offer a will writing service as follows:-

Single, simple Wills - £150.00 + VAT
Mirror, simple Will (for couples) - £250.00 + VAT
Complex single Wills – determined on a case by case basis
Complex mirror Wills – determined on a case by case basis
For simple changes to Wills made with us, a fee of £50.00 + VAT is charged
Deeds of Variation - from £385 + VAT

These fees will include: -

• A home visit
• Drafts for approval
• Free storage if required
